- Only products purchased at spalding.com.au can be returned.
- Products must be returned in a re-saleable, original condition – unused & undamaged with the tags still attached.
- There is no return on personalised products or sale items purchased from spalding.com.au, except in the instance where an item is faulty or damaged.
CHANGE OF MIND
- We can only accept returns under our change of mind returns policy within a 14 Day return period.
- If a return older than 14 days reaches our warehouse, Spalding cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund under our change of mind returns policy.
- If you change your mind and wish to exchange your purchase, you are responsible for all return postage costs.
