For warranty claims and spare parts orders we aim despatch all items within 14 working days.

In the event that parts required for your purchase or warranty claim are out of stock, it will take longer to order and dispatch your items.

To help us better direct your claim please let us know if you are an "individual Consumer' e.g. you purchased through the Spalding website, from a store etc., or you are a 'Wholesaler / Retailer' who sells Spalding products.

List out the spare parts your require separated by a comma e.g. 200573, 202651, 206340. If you don't know the part numbers then use the following link to find the user manual for your system and locate what spare part/s are needed - https://www.spalding.com.au/user-manuals. If your part numbers are not found in the manual, then check on the Backboard or Base of your system.

If You haven't entered the correct part numbers for your system then the processing of your request may be delayed.
